Bookshop, services and accessibility
The entrance, ticket office, and bookshop are located on the ground floor and are fully wheelchair accessible. From the ticket office, access to the Garden is via a ramp. The restrooms and all outdoor walkways are wheelchair accessible. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a baby changing table.
The Botanical Garden is a place of silence and tranquility. All collections lend themselves to be explored through multi-sensory experiences, not only with sight but also with touch and smell. From monumental trees to medicinal and aromatic species, plants express different characteristics in each season that everyone can appreciate.
Visitors with sensory and/or cognitive difficulties can book guided tours with qualified staff.
People with mobility difficulties can book a visit with an electric minicar.
